My name is Melissa, AKA Mimi. I’m been married over 14 years and have two kids we homeschool, and we’re all Paleo. I’m trying to lose excess body fat and regain health. My highest weight was 330, but thanks to Paleo, and now also CrossFit, I’m down 99 pounds so far, with about 60 to go. I am off diabetes, hypertension, and all other medications and supplements, and feel a whole hell of a lot better physically as well as emotionally.
Life is crazy and complicated, and I LOVE food. Finding balance to achieve my goals is never easy, but I’m trying every day.
