Update on Clean Eating Progress. #Bipolar; #Paleo
I am happy to report that my weight has come down 4 pounds already. 3 pounds left to be where I was while in the hospital with Eric & under stress & not eating well, etc. For food yesterday, I had lots of bacon and eggs and sauteed mushrooms for breakfast. I used butter lettuce to wrap lunch meat & homemade mayo in & ate that w/ some baby kosher dills for lunch. I made a massive sugar-free BBQ pulled pork & ate some of that in butter lettuce cups for dinner. I had one bratwurst with mustard and sugar-free ketchup for second dinner. My dessert was a decaf chai tea. No real exercise, unless you count doing laundry or dragging a wheelchair in and out of a car several times. Sleep wasn’t too bad. Still really too late, but if I’d slept all night until my alarm went off, I would have gotten 8 hours. Unfortunately, there is still something messing up my pre-dawn sleep. I’ve been considering black-out curtains to see if those help, too.
Just keep going. Just keep going. It’s been less than a week. Lots of progress. Will keep on & hope for more.
