100LBS Gone Forever!
I did it! 229.4 on the scale. Joked with my husband that I should write a book: Weight Loss Through Malnutrition and Stress. After more than a week with my son in the hospital (broke his thigh, but had surgery to put in titanium rods & he’s home and recovering now), I look about 10 years older. I’m glad I got these pics before that drama, or you’d be waiting until I’ve recovered from the stress and sleepless nights and spotty food intake.
Sharing my measurements from when I hit 330 pounds:
Neck 17 in
Bicep 20 in
Forearm 13.5 in
Chest 52 in
Waist 54 in
Hips 61 in
Thigh 38 in
Calf 22 in
Newest measurements @ 230 pounds:
Neck 14.75 in (lost 2.25 in)
Bicep 16.5 in (lost 7 in for 2)
Forearm 9.75 in (lost 7.5 in for 2)
Chest 41.75 in (lost 10.25 in)
Waist 41.75 in (lost 12.25 in)
Hips 47 in (lost 14 in)
Thigh 26.75 in (lost 22.5 for 2)
Calf 15.75 in (lost 12.5 for 2)
Total inches lost in 100 lbs: 88.25.
I still have 50-60 pounds to get rid of. I’m in no hurry, though. I’m Paleo for life.

Thank you! He is on the mend. Broke his thigh. Got some nifty titanium rods in there & he’s home & getting healed up.
