97 lbs Gone Forever!
Three more pounds, folks! Three, and I’ll have dropped 100 pounds like the 1000 bad habits it took to get here.
Was able to get to CrossFit yesterday, though I did more stretching, warm-up on the rower, gentle walking, foam rolling, and very scaled back exercise (air squats to a box and push press w/ the 15-lb bar) – it still felt amazing to go and move my hip. I also got an introduction to the resident Chiropractor and set up an appointment. I am hoping he will be able to get me all aligned so CrossFit can strengthen me properly. I’ll let you know how that all goes in a couple weeks.
Food is still trucking along. Sleep has been a much higher priority this last week & I think we will see the benefits from that soon. Homeschool started up again yesterday. Keeping stress down is going to be my #1 priority with regards to that. Effective communication and time-management skills. Not my strong suit, but I’m trying.
