97 lbs Gone Forever!

Three more pounds, folks! Three, and I’ll have dropped 100 pounds like the 1000 bad habits it took to get here. ;)

Was able to get to CrossFit yesterday, though I did more stretching, warm-up on the rower, gentle walking, foam rolling, and very scaled back exercise (air squats to a box and push press w/ the 15-lb bar) – it still felt amazing to go and move my hip. I also got an introduction to the resident Chiropractor and set up an appointment. I am hoping he will be able to get me all aligned so CrossFit can strengthen me properly. I’ll let you know how that all goes in a couple weeks.

Food is still trucking along. Sleep has been a much higher priority this last week & I think we will see the benefits from that soon. Homeschool started up again yesterday. Keeping stress down is going to be my #1 priority with regards to that. Effective communication and time-management skills. Not my strong suit, but I’m trying. :)
