Plan of Action. Payday. Shopping. Soon to be OOT. #Paleo
So, it’s payday, but I can’t go hog wild in the food stores like I might normally do. Blowing my budget in one day is something I’m known for. Goes along well with the smoke alarm as kitchen timer.
Several other factors supersede the Crossfit event of Budget-Busting for Time. Namely, one week from now, Hubby and I will be on a plane to South Dakota, and the kids will be staying with my Mom. Also, one of my favorite stores does weekly sales that overlap on Wednesday’s, so if I go in tomorrow, instead of today, I get to enjoy sale prices from two sets of ads, not just one. I still haven’t talked to my Mom about how she wants to handle feeding the kids – do I give her $$ to offset costs, or bring groceries for them. We are only buying for one week of home-eating anyway. Then there is travel food to consider.
I’ve decided to just get
bacon essentials and see what I can get at the double sale tomorrow. We might even eat out for dinner. <gasp!> (Ended up going to In N Out)
Definitely going to Crossfit today. I missed yesterday because of back pain – I’m trying to wean off the twice-daily Advil & go down to just once a day.
