B: Coffee w/ cream @ TOPS meeting (where I lost 1/2 a pound, and I’m proud, cuz shark week’s started, and I upped exercise & carbs this week)

L: BAS w/ lots of yummy veggies, & leftover portabella pizza

D: Pot roast & creamy/bacon/cheese veggies

Dessert: Power bars

Exercise: Aerobics, walking

Carbs: 52g total, 17g fiber, 35g Net carbs

  1. How were the power bars? did you like them? what an interesting concept, I wouldn’t mind trying them.

    I’m at $5… sad I know. :( I had a rough week. lol.
