B: Coffee w/ cream @ TOPS meeting (where I lost 1/2 a pound, and I’m proud, cuz shark week’s started, and I upped exercise & carbs this week)
L: BAS w/ lots of yummy veggies, & leftover portabella pizza
D: Pot roast & creamy/bacon/cheese veggies
Dessert: Power bars
Exercise: Aerobics, walking
Carbs: 52g total, 17g fiber, 35g Net carbs
