Day 20 of the 31 Days of Christmas
Day 20 in the books. I used leftovers from yesterday’s potluck and made the kids a scramble with eggs, ham, and diced up latkes. Not something I would eat, so I made myself ribeye & scrambled eggs, to which I added a touch of homemade baconnaise, for that special flair. MUAH!

For the kids’ lunch I made almond-flour crust pizza. I did have two bites of the pizza, because it’s so damned good, but forced myself to walk away and instead stuffed myself with 4 uncured chicken hotdogs w/ a sliced tomato, several slices of cucumber, black olives, and some baby kosher dills.
I made brown rice pasta w/ alfredo sauce, meatballs, and green beans. Like everything I’ve made today, it doesn’t fit into my plan, so for myself I made a bison burger and slathered homemade baconnaise on top, with baked bacon, a sliced tomato, and some baby kosher dills:

I love that baconaise! I am soooo gonna try to make that!
I tend to be biased w/ the bacon stuff, but my Mom had a chance to try the baconnaise yesterday and loved it!
